in the interests of fairness, there are never
more than 5 practices allocated to a given area. |

I quit my listing at any time? |

Yes,
you may cancel the agreement anytime by sending
an e-mail indicating that you want to stop receiving
our leads. You will be billed only for the leads
sent to you until the moment of cancellation. |

Do
I have to pay for incomplete or fake quotation
requests? |

If
a lead does not have sufficient/fake contact
details (both telephone and email address are
incorrect) then you can claim for a credit,
provided the claim is made with in 5 working
days. Please include a copy of the lead in question. |

if I receive the same quotation request twice?

you will receive duplicate leads, all you need
to do is bring it to our attention and once
we have verified this with our records we will
remove it from your bill. |
